Every day, Victorians are using a wide variety of transport to get where they need to go.
Safe Transport Victoria saw the coming together of three different government agencies, each managing very different types of transport: buses, commercial passenger vehicles (CPVs), and all maritime vessels. It was important for the newly created agency to communicate clearly across a broad range of audiences, putting safety first.
We worked with Safe Transport Victoria to develop a creative strategy that would speak to all these groups with a single, defined voice.
A brand tone and messaging framework were created to deliver a consistent voice across communications, helping create clarity. This was supported by a visual system that connected brand elements and messaging for a consistent look and feel that audiences could recognise and ultimately rely on.
The arrow device can follow every twist and turn of a transport user's journey, engaging with important safety messages and zooming in on helpful content to help users get safely from point A to point B. This makes for memorable communications that get the message across in a more connective way.
Now Safe Transport Victoria has a brand voice and flexible visual system that puts safety into gear.
