As one of Melbourne’s leading water corporations, Yarra Valley Water is responsible for making sure the taps flow for a sizable chunk of Melburnians. They had recently implemented a long-term, customer first brand strategy and with it, a new brand had been developed by another brand agency.
Hive was engaged to pick up after the initial brand was developed, take the great work that had been completed and keep progressing forward.
Now, as you can imagine, being one of Melbourne’s largest water corporations, there was a lot to check, test, tweak and define to ensure the brand was robust, internally usable and above all else, connected with the customers in a consistent way. From accessibility checks to designing the complex billing journey to fleet rollout, we pressure tested every aspect of the brand and adjusted where needed.
With each new application, systems were created and guidelines were expanded, resulting in a brand that can handle everything, connects with customers and champions the brand strategy initially developed.
