From having a glass on a hot day, to washing up the dishes after a good meal, to watering the garden, water is a constant presence in our lives. We use it so often for such a wide variety of things, it can be easy to not even think about it.
So how do we engage with customers on the topic of water with it is something so ubiquitous? That was the challenge Yarra Valley Water had when they came to Hive looking for an image and motion library that would help them connect with their customers.
After establishing photographic guidelines in line with the new brand, Hive developed a shotlist detailing different interactions people had with water or with the organisation in their everyday lives, be it at home, in the community or at work.
Working with real customers and locations in the Yarra Valley Water catchment, alongside our expert suppliers, we captured these moments and built an image and motion library that is authentic, connective, and flexible enough to work across a wide range of applications.
